Monique Coleman was nominated for MVP [Most Valuable Player] for week 3 of The Disney Channel 2007 games for her fancy moves in the Dance Dunk Off.

She appeared in the third edition of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" reality dance competition in 2006.

Monique Coleman paired with professional partner Louis van Amstel throughout the "Dancing with the Stars" competition and they were eliminated on November 1st, 2006 finishing fourth in the competition.

She appeared on the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" show on the same night of her elimination from "Dancing with the Stars" as the Results Show to thank her fans for their votes and support.

In December 2007 Coleman participated in the "Dancing with the Stars" tour that took her across America along with other former competitors until early February 2008.

She received a Camie Award in 2006 for her performance in the movie "The Reading Room".

Monique Coleman is best friends with Ashley Tisdale, Vanessa Anne Hudgens, Zac Efron, and Corbin Bleu.

Coleman voiced the character Fontasia on the upcoming Fox animated series "The Cleveland Show" starring Sanaa Lathan and Nia Long.
